So I gave these a shot.
One thing right off the bat I realized, The taste. You know how most diet pills, heck, any kind of pill tastes terrible and has a terrible after taste? These don't. I mean, they do have an after taste. For quite awhile after taking them. "I'll explain."
Soon as you open the bottle, you are greeted with a pleasant fruity smell. The taste on the tip of your tongue is just as pleasant. The only thing I found odd, is that hours later, if you belched or hiccupped, it tasted like fruit. NOT A CON in the slightest.
Okay, so I started off only taking one each meal ... I am naturally a really hungry person, the one pill did not suppress my appetite fully. But I found that I was not snacking nearly as much.
So I bumped it up to the two. I literally was not hungry.
While I did exercise and eat healthy with these, I did not lose much in the word of pounds, I think a total of 5 pounds. HOWEVER, I did lose inches, and they say that inches is what matters most. I lost 4 inches around my waist. HUGE loss! I could fit into my favorite pair of pants again! THAT ROCKED!
I have now got my husband on these, and will continue trying them out.
I would recommend these. so much so I am giving a bottle away!
